Scott died following a collision in St Lucy Sunday morning. Police said the collision happened around 8:45 and involved a car and a bicycle. They were travelling in opposite directions along Coles Cave Road in the vicinity of the Grape Hall Seventh Day Adventist Church. The cyclist was transported by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he died whilst receiving medical treatment. Scott is the ninth person killed in a collision on the country’s roads this year. Investigations are ongoing.
