During a special arraignment session in the No. 3 Supreme Court, Corrie MaCaulay Brathwaite of Dash Valley, St George, Fabian O’Neal Alleyne of Stewart Hill, St John, Martez Davidson Hackett of Jackson Tenantry Road, St Michael, and Warren James Husbands of Fitts Village, St James pleaded not guilty to being in possession of the guns and ammunition on September 24, 2013. The weapons included four Glock pistols, three Taurus pistols, one Springfield Armoury USA pistol, two Bersa pistols, one SIG Sauer pistol, a Herstal, a Para Ordnance, one Ruger, one Sturm Ruger, one SIG Arms Pistol, one Smith and Wesson revolver and a Smith and Wesson pistol. Brathwaite is represented by Senior Counsel Ralph Thorne, Alleyne by Senior Counsel Andrew Pilgrim, Hackett by Senior Counsel Arthur Holder and attorney Ensley Grainger and Husbands has Amilcar Branch as his defence counsel.
