ROAD CLOSURE On the days in question, between 2:00 p.m and 11:00 p.m, The Mighty Grynner Highway from its junction with Holborn Circle to its junction with Brighton Road in the parish of Saint Michael, shall be closed to all vehicular traffic except those vehicles used by members of the Festival Committee. These rules do not apply to vehicles used by The Barbados Police Service, the Barbados Defence Force, the Barbados Fire Service, or any emergency vehicle.
