Rico Omar Sealy, of 43 Golden Rock, Pine, St Michael will find out his fate on September 11 when he makes his next appearance before Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes. Sealy pleaded guilty in the No. 1 District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on Monday to telling Larisa Moore-Franklyn on Friday: “I would shoot you. I ain’t care nothing ‘bout wunna. I would shoot you,” which caused her to believe that immediate violence would be used against her. The prosecutor told the court that Moore-Franklyn was carrying out her duties when the incident occurred.
