Pockets of surface to low-level convergence aided by a marginally favourable upper-level pattern could trigger one to two inches of rainfall this afternoon. Possible Impacts: -Runoff from higher elevations. -Delays on traffic routes with some roads becoming impassable. -Water settlements on roads and fields at the foot of hills and coastal roads.
