Rihanna is thrilled about bringing her game-changing beauty brands, Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin and Fenty Eau De Parfum, to Barbados later this month.

“Barbados, here we come!” she declared.

“To say I’m excited about bringing Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin to the Caribbean is an understatement! It is so special to be able to bring our brands to the place and the people that started it all.”

Her highly popular brands will be launched on October 24, not only in Barbados but in Antigua, Aruba, Bahamas, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Grenada, Sint Maarten/Saint Martin and Trinidad & Tobago. Customers will be able to shop the award-winning shade range, universal skin care products, and unique fragrances that have proliferated Rihanna’s mission of ‘Beauty for All’ and the boundary-breaking standard of beauty she set with the brand’s debut in 2017.

When Rihanna launched Fenty Beauty with a vision of inclusivity and global reach at its core, she sought to help “everyone feel beautiful and recognised, no matter their race, ethnicity, culture or personal style”. With her mandate of inclusivity, Fenty Beauty continues to deliver a wide range of products for traditionally hard-to-match skin tones, with high-performance formulas that work for all skin types, and that encourage everyone, everywhere, to dare to play and have fun with makeup.

With a vast product assortment rooted in Rihanna’s real-life method to a flawless complexion with killer radiance layered on top products like Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation – available in 50 shades with a humidity-proof, transfer-proof, long-lasting formula – and Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer – the high-shine lip gloss available in cream, shimmer, shine, and plumping formulas – will now allow the people of the Caribbean to find their perfect shades.

Joining Fenty Beauty will also be Fenty Skin — the clean, vegan and eco-friendly skincare line designed to work well with makeup. Amplifying Rihanna’s unwavering mission to provide simple and effective beauty solutions for everyone, the brand features universal, sensorial formulas to cleanse, hydrate, protect and treat.

Fenty Skin features gold standards in skin care like niacinamide and hyaluronic acid and are only further enhanced with the best of the Caribbean – like Barbados Cherry and Kalahari Melon – as a true homage to Rihanna’s hometown. Products like Hydra Vizor Invisible Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Sunscreen – a universal SPF and hydrator for all skin tones that doesn’t leave a white cast or work against makeup – and Fenty Treatz Hydrating + Strengthening Lip Oils – ultra-hydrating lip oils infused with decadent fruit oils and vitamin-rich extracts to strengthen the lips’ moisture barrier – have quickly gone viral since the launch in 2020 and further ignited a global beauty movement.

Rounding out the assortment in the Caribbean will be Fenty Eau de Parfum – a bold, sensual, warm floral fragrance designed to embody Rihanna’s true essence. With notes of magnolia, musk, tangerine and Bulgarian rose housed in a luxe, amber bottle, it’s the perfect combination of spicy and sweet and is designed to express itself uniquely on each wearer.

To celebrate the launch in the Caribbean, Fenty Beauty and Bridgetown Duty Free will host an exciting beauty raffle where customers will be invited to win a chance to experience the launch in Barbados on November 7 with immersive brand experiences and exclusive Fenty Beauty swag bags. Full details will be available on @bridgetown_dutyfree. There will also be multiple events occurring to celebrate the launch, including beauty talks and Master Artistry Classes in Barbados with Rihanna’s personal makeup artist and Global Makeup Artist for Fenty Beauty, Priscilla Ono on November 6 at the Crane Hotel in St Philip.

As part of the launch, Fenty Beauty is building upon our long-term commitment to the Clara Lionel Foundation (CLF). CLF was founded in 2012 by Rihanna in honour of her grandparents, Clara and Lionel Braithwaite. CLF is deeply rooted in the Caribbean, with a mission to build thriving and resilient communities. Fenty is contributing additional support to CLF’s programming in Barbados, investing in education, job training, culture, and climate resiliency initiatives.
