The ICE All-White Breakfast Party: ICY Elegance not only lived up to its name but exceeded all expectations, setting a new standard for entertainment during the festive season. A massive crowd flocked to the picturesque Sandalwood Estate, Hothersal Turning, St Michael to experience what has become a hallmark event on the Yuletide calendar. The event kicked off at the crack of dawn with DJ Ramon G setting the mood at 6 a.m., and it didn’t let up until the last track dropped just after 2 p.m., making it the longest and most vibrant ICE event to date. Patrons were treated to eight hours of nonstop music, seamlessly transitioning between a stellar lineup of DJs and local favourite live performances. The morning began with a breezy and cool atmosphere that complemented the crisp white ensembles of attendees, but as the day heated up, so did the energy. Hosts Shadae and Dawnisha kept the crowd engaged with their infectious banter. The DJs included big names such as Bubbles & Evolution, Niqo Vybz & Gunner and Hutchy & Sizz — had the crowd dancing from sunrise to the afternoon sun, showcasing the versatility of ICE’s entertainment mix. For the first time, the ICE party crowd enjoyed the skills of the man voted as the island’s “most popular DJ”, Surf Rat, accompanied by Menace. They did not disappoint as they took the party vibe to another level. Along with the branded cups and fans, another first was complimentary ICE-branded temporary tattoos for patrons who opted for them. Beyond the music, the event maintained its reputation for offering value. Patrons enjoyed premium bar services, mouthwatering breakfast options, and elegant cocktail areas. Vendors like Trident Cigars and Argyle Hookahs added to the luxury experience, making it a true VIP affair. “This year, we really wanted to go above and beyond to deliver an even more memorable experience,” said co-organiser Nathan Walters. “With a bigger crowd, incredible performances, and that unique ICE vibe, I think we accomplished just that. The energy was unmatched, and it’s clear that ICE is the Boxing Day event people look forward to year after year.” As patrons shared photos and videos on social media, the hashtag #ICEAllWhite trended throughout the day, showcasing the stylish crowd and highlighting why ICE is hailed as the premier Boxing Day event in Barbados. For those already marking their calendars, the next ICE instalment is set for Crop Over Thursday, July 31. If Boxing Day was any indication, ICE Events 246 is poised to deliver another epic experience. (IMC) Barbados Today Stay informed and engaged with our digital news platform.
