This location serves a high volume of businesses and individuals, making the reopening a critical step in improving accessibility and convenience for citizens. According to Louisa Lewis-Ward, Revenue Commissioner at the Authority, payments will operate across two designated floors in an effort to facilitate greater efficiency. “We are pleased to resume operations in an improved environment. The first floor will be dedicated to vehicle registrations, while the second floor will facilitate all other payment transactions,” she said. “The Warrens area is a key commercial hub, and we recognize the importance of ensuring citizens have convenient access to in-person services. We appreciate the public’s patience during the period of the closure, and we remain committed to providing accessible and efficient service.” As part of the overall strategy to improve service delivery, the Authority continues to increase the number of services available online.
