The music festival, initially scheduled for February 28, will now take place in May 2025 due to “unforeseen logistical challenges”. According to the organisers, the high volume of back-to-back events during Carnival week at their chosen venue made it difficult to prepare the festival at the desired quality. Additionally, the unavailability of major venues such as the Hasely Crawford Stadium during the Carnival 2025 season contributed to the decision. “Rather than compromising on quality, we made the difficult decision to move the festival to May 2025 so that we can deliver the vibrant, immersive festival atmosphere you expect and deserve,” a press release stated. All tickets already purchased remain valid for the new May date. As a show of appreciation for ticket holders’ patience and support, the festival is offering special perks including a chance to win VIP upgrades, access to exclusive festival merchandise and an opportunity for a meet-and-greet with Vybz Kartel. Ticket holders unable to attend in May can request a refund at their original point of purchase, whether online or at a physical ticket outlet.
