The Diamond Corner, St Joseph resident had been accused of having unlawful sexual intercourse with a female without her consent on July 20, 2018. The jury of six women and three men took around two hours to deliberate before reaching the not-guilty verdict. Thanking the jury, Madam Justice Pamela Beckles told Green, who was represented by Senior Counsel Arthur Holder and attorney Brandi Browne, “You are free to go.” Principal State Counsel Krystal Delaney prosecuted the matter.
