Commenting on the sponsorship David Cave, Branch Manager at Guardian Life of The Caribbean Limited, explained that the company was happy to support the youth. “We are honoured to endorse such a passionate team of young athletes, who at this tender age, understand the power of sports. Athletics, particularly track and field, requires both individual discipline and team collaboration, two qualities that are embedded within our company’s culture. This sponsorship reflects our dedication to impacting our communities and inspiring our future generations by nurturing sporting talent,” said Cave. Senior teacher at St Paul’s Primary School, Mark Clarke thanked Guardian Life for their support on behalf of the principal, staff and students of the school. “We have always been hearing about trying to bridge the gap between the school and the community and this initiative is really something that speaks to it. I know that the school and by extension the physical education department, and the children will put it to good use and we would like to welcome you to the St Paul’s family,” he said.
