The fatal incident occurred around 9:50 p.m. According to preliminary investigations, the vehicle was travelling from the Clyde Walcott Roundabout towards Bridgetown when it hit the pedestrian. The individual was pronounced dead at the scene. The deceased has not yet been formally identified. Police are continuing investigations into the circumstances surrounding the collision and are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident to come forward.
