The 26-year-old, who is recorded as having no fixed place of abode, is charged with entering Forever Young Bar as a trespasser on May 24, and stealing seven bottles of liquor worth $1 100, along with $350 cash, belonging to Mary Dawson. He pleaded guilty to the offence before Magistrate Douglas Frederick in the District ‘F’ Magistrates’ Court at Belleplaine. He was remanded until June 27. A pre-sentencing report has been ordered in preparation for sentencing in the matter, which was prosecuted by Sergeant Victoria Leacock.
