Shooting death investigation underway in Bayville

The police are probing a shooting incident which left one man dead on Monday night in Bayville, St Michael.
Dead is 36 year-old Akil Hinds of Sandbox Avenue in the area.
Reports are that about 10:10 p.m.,  Hinds was seated on the bonnet of a vehicle when he was approached by an individual wearing a mask who opened fire, striking him multiple times.
He was transported in a private motor car to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, but later succumbed to his wounds.
This is the second shooting incident reported in the Bayville area in less than a week.
Last Thursday, a taxi driver was shot in front of his young child during an attempted murder.
He was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
