The stamp is part of an international collaboration involving several postal administrations, including the Universal Postal Union, the United Nations, and Austrian embroidery manufacturer Hรคmmerle & Vogel. It will be issued in one denomination of $2.20, with a First-Day Cover priced at $2.95.
