He is 46-year-old Carlos Kerwin Jones of #6 Chapel Land, St Philip. The incident occurred around 10:22 p.m. Investigations revealed that Jones was sitting inside a business when an assailant approached and fired multiple shots, injuring him. Ambulance personnel responded but found no signs of life, and a medical doctor later pronounced him dead at the scene.
