Adam Xavier Scott, 17 of Military Road, Bush Hall is accused of murdering Timothy Trotman on December 22, while Malik Isiah Blackman, 16, of 4th Avenue Park Road, Bush Hall, is charged with murdering Andy Arthur on December 21.
