Preliminary investigations indicate that Mohamed Kamall entered the water and later ran into trouble before being seen floating. His body was brought ashore around 7:40 a.m., where medical attention was administered, but he was pronounced dead at the scene by a medical doctor. Kamall was staying at Crane Apartments, St Philip.
