Decomposed body found in St Joseph, police probe underway

Police are probing the discovery of a decomposed body found at Selman Road, Fisherpond, St Joseph, early Wednesday morning.

Officers from District ‘D’ Station responded to the scene after a worker at a plantation stumbled upon the body shortly, after 8 a.m., while carrying out duties in a bushy area and alerted authorities.

Investigators are now working to establish the identity of the deceased and determine the circumstances surrounding the death.
