Youth to face court on firearm, wounding charges

A 21-year-old St Michael man is set to appear before the Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday on a number of firearm-related charges.

L’Shayne Omari Clarke, of 3rd Avenue Skeets Road, Ivy, is accused of wounding with intent and use of a firearm in relation to an incident on January 16.

He is also charged with possession of a firearm and possession of 17 rounds of ammunition stemming from a separate incident on February 11.

Clarke is expected to appear before the Oistins Magistrates’ Court.
