For a period of time, Chandler has received verbal abuse and threats from the accused about where he parked his car. On the mentioned date, the complainant heard the garbage can being dragged and looked out to see Greaves throwing the can in a bushy area. Chandler went outside and questioned the accused, and Greavesโ nephew came outside and told them to cease and desist. After Chandler voiced his complaints to the nephew, Greaves went to his vehicle, took out a meat cleaver and charged at Chandler, the prosecutor said.
