FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 817 Police have identified Romario Archer, 31, of Pie Corner, St Lucy, as the man killed in a shooting at Fryers Well, Checker Hall on Sunday night that left nine others injured. Preliminary investigations indicate that a number of people were attending a karaoke lime at a bar in the area around 10:50 p.m. when a dark-coloured motorcar drove by and its occupants discharged several gunshots. Nine injured persons were transported to medical facilities for urgent treatment. Archer later succumbed to his injuries at a private medical facility. The other injured individuals are currently receiving treatment at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
