The Olympic 100m champion and 2024 Indoor champion ran 7.03 seconds at the Kujawsko-Pomorska Arena to finish behind winner, Italy’s Zaynab Dosso, the 2025 European champion in 7.00 seconds and Jacious Sears of the USA, who was also timed at 7.03 seconds. Alfred was slowest to respond to the gun in the final, at 0.171 of a second. Jonielle Smith of Jamaica finished fifth while Alfred’s former training partner, Dina Asher-Smith of the United Kingdom was seventh.
