According to police, officers and soldiers were on patrol around 10:40 a.m. when they approached a group of men liming near a business establishment. One man reportedly ran across the road while drawing a firearm, which police said he pointed in the direction of the patrol. An officer, fearing for his safety, discharged his weapon. The man escaped and remains at large. Investigations are continuing.
