Waldron, who has no fixed place of abode, is described as being about 5 ft 9 in tall, slimly built and dark in complexion. He wears his hair in dreadlocks and has several distinctive tattoos, including a puzzle over his left eye, “ERICA” on his left wrist and “OUTLAW” on his right forearm. He is advised to report to the Criminal Investigations Department (South) at Oistins Police Station accompanied by an attorney-at-law of his choice.
