Competing in the women’s division, Jack dominated the tables from the start to cruise to an early six-point lead over second-placed Sherry Ann Dawson and Shirlan Brathwaite, who finished third. Davis on the other hand started slowly against Mark Layne who finished second and Derick Morris who ended third. He found his groove when all appeared lost, to surge past his opponents and claim the crown. In the Super Royale 3 hand final, Peace and Love put in an excellent team performance to beat Eastbourne and De Law. David Blenman got 16 points for Peace & Love who amassed 85 points. Second placed Eastbourne ended with 75, while De Law after showing early promise, flattered to deceive as they finish third with 70 points The Emerson Mellows will slam off on Sunday at venues across the island.
