In the Diamonds Division, Deeya Forde-Haynes converted 15 of her 25 attempts, Tyra Griffith nine of 17 and Chantelle Brathwaite six of 15, as Spooners Hill Firebirds defeated Panthers 30-17. For the Panthers, Chelsea Best completed ten of her 13 shots and Makeba Clarke seven of 12. The Firebirds led 10-1 after the first quarter, 15-5 at halftime and 22-9 at the end of the third period of play. A much closer game in the Rubies ‘A’ Division, saw Pride of St Andrew getting past Ellerton Sports & Social 20-15, after leading 6-2, 11-5 and 15-11 at the end of each of the opening three quarters. Nataliyah Bridgeman made 13 of her 23 shots, Natasha Bridgeman four of ten, and Kim Husbands three of 13.
