Members of the public are further advised that the Supreme Court Registry, the Registration Department, and the administrative offices of all Magistrates’ Courts will remain open for business and will continue to provide their normal services during regular business hours. In the event that matters requiring immediate attention arise on Wednesday, 29 July 2026, District ‘A’ Criminal Court Number 1 will hear urgent applications and new charges requiring the attention of a Magistrate. Unless otherwise notified, normal sittings of the Court of Appeal, the High Court, and all Magistrates’ Courts throughout Barbados will resume on Thursday, July 30.
