Impacts may include water settling on roads and fields. Residents could face commuting delays and isolated traffic diversions. There is also the possibility of rising water levels in ponds and other water bodies, soil erosion and excess water on properties.The flash-flood watch, issued at 6 a.m., will remain in effect until noon today, or sooner if conditions warrant.The BMS said the watch could be upgraded to a warning if necessary.
