Ronald Ephrim Holder, a 60-year-old supervisor of Pasture Road, Haggatt Hall, St Michael, pleaded not guilty to assaulting Vonetta Holder, occasioning her actual bodily harm, on August 24. He was released on $2 500 bail with surety and will return to court on September 4. Jomo Raheem Austin, 29, of Denton Road, Grazettes, St Michael, denied assaulting Cristiano Cox, occasioning him actual bodily harm, on August 9 and was granted bail of $2 500. Austin, who was represented by attorney Shadia Simpson, will return to court on November 26. Deighton Road resident Rajesh Rambaghan is accused of assaulting Chbidai Narine, occasioning him actual bodily harm, on April 29. He will return to court on December 1. Magistrate Manila Renee warned all of the accused that a condition of their bail was to stay away from the complainants in their respective cases.
