Update: Woman fatally stabbed at Frere Pilgrim, Christ Church

Police are investigating the stabbing death of a 39-year-old woman at Frere Pilgrim, Christ Church this morning.

Police Public Relations Officer Acting Inspector Rodney Inniss told reporters at the scene that personnel at the Boarded Hall Police Station received a call from a man who reported that there was an altercation between a male and a female and the woman was stabbed. The man subsequently fled the scene.

When police arrived, they discovered the lifeless body of the female in the verandah.
