They are, Rommel Rishon Clarke, 22, of 1stAvenue Green Hill Drive, Silver Hill, Christ Church; Ian Kyle Pond, 26, of Princess Royal Avenue, Pinelands, St Michael; John Daniel Matthews, 34; Urial Gustaveous Pilgrim, 34, and Devon David Obrien Rice, 35, all of Nursery Drive, St Michael who pleaded guilty to causing the disturbance at the public place. The incident began with Pond confronting Rice about putting his finger in the shape of a gun every time he passed his residence. Rice denied the allegation telling Pond to “go from round me”. Pond left but later returned, approached Rice in a threatening manner while armed with knife but was struck in the head with a bottle thrown by Matthews. Pond left again and returned with Clarke who was armed with a cutlass, but according to the facts ,the others who were on the scene armed themselves with glass bottles aiming at the two men causing persons to flee the area.
