According to Sergeant Michael Blackman, around 11.45 a.m., officers were working in the area of Henley Plantation when they challenged an individual who opened fire. As a result, the officer was injured. He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Police said the culprit has a light complexion and is short and stocky. He was wearing a green and white T-shirt and short green pants.
