On Monday, July 26, the fogging exercise will be conducted at Salters, Plumtree Road, Roberts Road, Haynes Hill, Mango Blossom Ridge, Monroe’s Road, Cutting Road, Mapp Hill, Pasture Road and environs. The communities of Cutting Road, Cutting Development, Roberts Road, Haggatt Hall, Sinckler Road, Bird Hill, and surrounding districts will be sprayed on Tuesday, July 27, while Hanson Hill Heights, Dash Valley, Hanson Hill Crescent, South District, Watts Village and environs will be fogged on Wednesday, July 28. The exercise will continue on Thursday, July 29, at Locust Hall, Applewhaites, Bournes Village, Dayrells Heights, and Friday, July 30, at Salters, Charles Rowe Bridge, Bell Road, Lower Estate 1 and 2, Lower Estates Tenantry, Price Road, Henry Cox Road and the surrounding areas. The fogging exercise will be carried out between 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. each day. Householders are reminded to open their windows and doors to allow the spray to enter. Members of the public are reminded that the completion of scheduled fogging activities may be affected by events beyond the control of the Vector Control Unit. In such circumstances, the Unit will return to affected communities as soon as possible can.
