Share FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 178 The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and the Blue Economy has announced that fish markets will be open for extended operating hours from tomorrow, Wednesday, November 17. The Bridgetown Fishing Complex and the Millie Ifill, Berinda Cox and Paynes Bay Fish Markets will operate from Monday to Saturday, between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The fish markets at Speightstown, St. Peter, and Consett Bay, St. John, will open Mondays to Saturdays, from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. All markets will open on Sundays, from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., with the exception of the Speightstown Fish Market, which will remain closed on that day. This change in opening hours is in keeping with the recent extension of the curfew until midnight in the Emergency Management (COVID-19) (Curfew) (No. 22) Directive, 2021.
