A 37-year-old man who appeared before the Oistins Magistrates’ Court on two charges has been remand to Dodds.

Morlan Orion King, of Airy Hill, St George, is alleged to have done serious bodily harm to Sinclair Selman on January 22.

He is also charged that on the same date, he used a firearm while committing an indictable offence.

King was not required to plead to the charges when he appeared before Magistrate Deidre McKenna on Monday.

His case, which was handled by prosecutor Station Sergeant Peter Barrow, has been transferred to the District ‘B’ Magistrates’ Court located at St Joseph.

The accused’s next appearance will take place on February 7.
