A team from C.O. Williams Construction has started day work from today, Tuesday, July 19; previously work had been conducted at night. During this time, only local and emergency vehicles will have access to the road, which will otherwise be closed to vehicular traffic. Motorists will be diverted via Lower Estate onto Highway 3.
