Lears roundabout to Hothersal closed due to road works

The Ministry of Transport, Works and Water Resources is advising the public that roadworks from Lears roundabout to Hothersal, St. Michael, in the direction of Kelsi’s Supermarket, will take place during the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. over the next
few days.

A team from C.O. Williams Construction has started day work from today, Tuesday, July 19; previously work had been conducted at night.

During this time, only local and emergency vehicles will have access to the road, which will otherwise be closed to vehicular traffic. Motorists will be diverted via Lower Estate onto Highway 3.

Drivers are encouraged to use alternative routes to avoid any inconvenience.
