The victim has been identified as Ramon Tyrone Archer of Crab Hill, St Lucy. Police were called to Risk Road, Fitts Village, around 7 pm on Friday for reports of several gunshots. The victim was found on the ground. Police say Archer was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel. Investigations are still ongoing.
