The Barbados Medicinal Cannabis Licensing Authority Industry Facts

The Barbados Medicinal Cannabis Licensing Authority (BMCLA) released an informational video on April 3, 2023. The video titled “Industry Facts with the BMCLA” features members of the BMCLA team as they share the answers to some of their frequently asked questions.

One of the BMCLA’s Compliance Inspectors, Corey Nurse, gives a breakdown of all the fees associated with obtaining a license to operate in the cannabis industry. Programme Administrator (ag.) Stanley Cox explains the required plans applicants must submit when applying for a medicinal cannabis license. Chief Executive Officer of the BMCLA, Senator Shanika Roberts-Odle, delves into the differences between cannabis for medicinal and recreational purposes.
