Residents living in some St Michael communities have been advised to put out their bulk waste for collection from tomorrow, Wednesday, January 17, until Friday, January 19. Those items will be collected from 7 a.m. each day.

These areas are: New Orleans Avenues 1 to 10; Pickwick Gap, Whartons Gap, Marshall Street; Hinkson Gap; Rock Gap; Spencers Gap; Kensington New Road; Westbury Main Road; President Kennedy Drive Main Road; Passage Road; King Street; Hunte Street; Chapman Street; Baxters Road; Green Park Lane; Lightfoot Lane; Sobers Lane; Mahogany Lane; King’s Street; Mason Hall Street; Reed Street; Hutson Alley; Emmerton Lane; School Lane; and Chapman Lane.

The exercise is being carried out by the Ministry of the Environment and National Beautification, Green and Blue Economy’s Clean and Green Team and the Sanitation Service Authority, as part of the effort to create a healthy environment and keep Barbados clean and green. (GIS)
