The facility conducted 1,295 tests on Friday, July 23. There are currently 187 people in isolation. Barbados has recorded 4,339 confirmed cases of COVID-19 (2,108 females and 2,231 males) since the start of the pandemic in March, last year. The virus has claimed 48 lives. Tests carried out by the lab have reached 208,895. Public health officials have administered 98,905 first doses of the COVID-19 vaccines, while 74,032 persons have received second doses under the National Vaccination Programme.
