The 28-year-old from Bonaire Lane, Cave Hill, St Michael will make his next appearance before District ‘C’ St Matthias Magistrates’ Court on September 28. Austin is accused of loitering on The Dome Mall compound on September 22 with cause to suspect that he was about to commit theft. He is further charged with breaching the COVID-19 curfew imposed on the island by allegedly leaving his home on the same date between the hours of 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. when he was not an employee or member of an essential service or a person that had an emergency.
