The Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory conducted 2,555 tests. The new positives comprise 70 persons, who are under the age of 18, and 357 who are 18 years and older. There are 638 people in isolation facilities, and 3,896 in home isolation. Confirmed COVID-19 cases recorded, since March last year, stand at 14,753 (7,146 males and 7,607 females). As at October 21, 124 lives have been lost to the virus. The public health laboratory has carried out 369,920 tests since February 2020.
