Rohan Nurse of Grantley Adams Drive, Mangrove, St Philip appeared before Magistrate Alison Burke in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court on Tuesday, accused of having a firearm without a valid licence and 19 rounds of ammunition without a valid permit on January 17. Nurse, who is represented by Senior Counsel Michael Lashley, was not required to plead to the indictable charges. Burke remanded him into custody until February 20.
