DeathLocal News Police need help identifying man found dead at Brownes Beach by Barbados Today 07/05/2024 written by Barbados Today 07/05/2024 1 min read A+A- Reset Share FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 1.4K Police are seeking the public’s help to identify a man whose body was recovered from Brownes Beach, Bay Street, St Michael in the area of the Old Pirate’s Cove on Sunday evening. They said that around 6:36 p.m., the deceased’s body was removed from the water and a female beachgoer administered CPR. Personnel from the Ambulance Service were summoned to the area and they transported the man to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he was subsequently pronounced dead by a medical doctor. The man has a dark complexion and is about five feet, 11 inches tall, and weighs about 220 pounds. He was wearing a plaid beach plants and lime green underwear, and he had no shirt or shoes. Anyone who can assist with investigations is asked to contact the Hastings/Worthing Police Station at 430 7612, Police Emergency at 211, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-8477 or the nearest police station.
