Police at District โAโ Station said the incident occurred around 7:15 p.m. when the victim was sitting at the side of the road and was approached by several people. An altercation reportedly followed, during which he was stabbed. A medical doctor later visited the scene and pronounced death. The killing comes on the heels of an earlier incident on Sunday afternoon, when a 39-year-old man died following an altercation outside a business establishment along 3rd Avenue, Station Hill, St Michael. Police said they received a report of an unnatural death around 2:30 p.m. on Sunday. Investigations revealed that the man was injured during an altercation, collapsed at the scene, and was later pronounced dead by a medical doctor after ambulance personnel found no signs of life. The deceased was identified by a relative as Andy Rudolph Arthur, 39, of Goddings Road, St Michael. Investigations into both incidents are continuing.
