Man dies after being washed away by floodwaters in St Lucy

A man has died after a car in which he was travelling was washed away by floodwaters in St. Lucy this afternoon.

Shortly before 2:30, two men were travelling in a car when it was swept over an embankment.

One of the men died while the other managed to escape.
