The trial of theft accused Ian Henderson Hunte will continue in the High Court on Tuesday, November 24.

When the matter resumed before Justice Randall Worrell in the No. Supreme Court today, Hunte’s defence team – Ralph Thorne Q.C. and Harlowe Broomes  – continued
cross examining lead investigator Inspector Mark White.

The investigator was the only witness to take the witness stand today.

Hunte, of No. 2 Halcyon Heights, St James is on trial before a nine-member jury on a charge that he stole $104 785 belonging to Evan Mandeville Associates Limited between January 25, 2004 and July 11, 2005.

He is further charged with engaging in money laundering during the same period.
