SOURCE: The Jamaica Star – Veteran dancehall entertainer Beenie Man, is scheduled to appear before the St Elizabeth Parish Court on Wednesday, February 10, to answer to charges of the Disaster Risk Management and Noise Abatement acts.
Beenie Man, given name Moses Davis, turned himself in to the Black River police, after a summons was served, following investigations concerning an event hosted by the entertainer on November 29 in Shrewbury district, St Elizabeth.
Police reports are that they received an alert about the event, and upon their arrival a crowd was seen dispersing, and Beenie Man subsequently warned for prosecution.
He was formally charged on Thursday, December 31.

Something is definitely wrong with us Blacks. Why do we always have to caused problems? Not following rules, or thinking we are above others? When are we going to stop this foolishness? We should be setting examples so the little black boys and girls who don’t have any roll models at home can have someone to learn from. When person like this disobey rules no one should support them when they are applying their trades. People are watching you and you should be at your best at all time. Don’t we already have enough idiots in the world? Why be another one? This virus is killing people and many are BLACKS that should be enough to make us follow rules.
