The Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory conducted 367 tests on Monday, May 31, and no new cases were identified. There are currently 39 people in isolation. Confirmed COVID-19 cases since March 2020 remain at 4,017 (1,942 females and 2,075 males). Forty-seven people have died from the virus. The public health laboratory has carried out a total of 170,840 tests. The number of people vaccinated under the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19 is 78,633. These include 60,721 persons who have received both doses of the vaccine.
